30-Day Playability Guarantee
Along with accepting used merchandise on trade, we also sell quality used merchandise in our stores. Since these items are used and void of a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ve come up with a popular program to provide our customers the confidence they need to purchase used merchandise: Our 30-Day Playability Guarantee.

30-Day Warranty
Within 30 days of purchase, we will repair, replace or provide store credit for used merchandise that we deem defective after normal use. This warranty works the same as those provided by manufacturers of new equipment. This program is free with the purchase of used clubs but only applies to used clubs. In the case of a broken club, we will decide which of the three options will be applied. A receipt must accompany all warranty repairs, if a sales history cannot be located.

30-Day Exchange
We also allow our customers to exchange used clubs for store credit anytime within 30 days of purchases. They are not required to spend their store credit at the time of return and they are not limited to spending it on another used club. If a receipt does not accompany the return, the highest value we can guarantee in exchange will be the current used retail price. However, no items can be accepted or exchanged if a sales history cannot be located. It is for this reason that we recommend our customers hold onto their receipts for 30 days following their purchases. Please note that this is not a return and that customers will not receive a refund for returned used merchandise.

New Club Policies

New Item Return & Exchanges
New items can be returned for refund or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging, if applicable. Returns are issued in the same form as the original payment. Item must be in original condition (original packaging, clubs not hit). Clubs showing signs of use will be treated as a Trade-In. See the Trade-In section for more information.

New Item Warranty
Most new items sold in our stores carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We honor all manufacturer warranties. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand all warranty details. This information is found on the manufacturer website. We do not provide courtesy or loaner items for use during the warranty process.

30-Day Price Guarantee
Nothing is more frustrating for a consumer than seeing an item they just purchased go on sale. We have eliminated that concern for our customers with our 30-Day Price Guarantee. It consists of two components designed to ease the worry of price changes soon after purchase: Price-Drop Protection and Price-Match Protection.

Price-Drop Protection
If a customer notices a price drop within 30 days of purchase, we will give that customer the difference back in the form of store credit.

Price-Match Protection
If within 30 days of purchase a customer sees the item advertised for a lower price at a competitor, we will give the difference back in the form of store credit.

*Please note, that in both cases, it is up to the customer to bring the club into the store. We do not have a method of alerting customers to changes in price after purchase.

Price-Match Guarantee

Simply put, you will not find a lower price anywhere. If you find another retailer with a lower price on an item we carry, we will match that price from any authorized retailer. We cannot price match eBay or other non-authorized sellers.
